The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the details about working together so that we both are clear as what each of our respective roles are and how the program works so that our time will be positive, productive and comfortable.

Expectations:

During the program, you can expect that I will:

• Devote my time to helping you with technical support when using the program
• Serve as a moderate with you and other participants in the Facebook group
• Offer support, encouragement, feedback and guidance in the Facebook group
• Share program materials that to help you maximize results

I expect that you will:

• Give 100% effort and fully commit to the Program
• Be open to new ideas and willing to stretch/grow
• Ask questions and reach out for support as you need it.

Investment and Payment:

You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in the Program by choice, and that by doing so, you are not incurring any economic hardship in any way

Intellectual Policy Rights:

I retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Program content and materials provided to you through the Program. Person Responsibility, Disclaimer and Release of Claims:

Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for yourself and decisions made before, during and after the Program. Dispute Resolution:

Should we ever have any differences, it is hoped that we could work them out amicably through email correspondence. However, if we are unable to seek resolution in 14 days, we agree now that the only method of legal dispute resolution that will be used is binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, jointly selected by both of us, unless we both agree otherwise in writing. You understand and agree now that the only remedy that can be awarded to you through arbitration is a full refund of your Payment made to date. No other actions or financial awards of consequential damages, or any other type of damages, may be granted to you. We both agree now that the decision of an arbitrator is final and binding, and may be entered as a judgement into any court having the appropriate jurisdiction.

Refund Policy:

It is my intention for you to be happy with your experience with the SIBO Root Cause Repair Program. I have invested considerable time and effort into this program and I expect participants to do the same. If you have invested time and energy into the program and you are feeling that the program is not a good fit, I will refund your purchase if you provide proof of your program work (watched modules and completed handouts) AND you have a 20 minute call with me to discuss your experience with the program. Refunds are only valid 1 month after the purchase of the program.
